Apple say my serial number in invalid
I am trying to get support from Apple but when I put in the serial number they say it is invalid, though I am reading it off the laptop, so how do I get support?
MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
Open System Information>Hardware Overview and see if the serial number is the same as the one on the case. If not, try that number. If it is, I would give Apple a call.
